I purchased 2 sets of these, one for me and one for my girlfriend.
First of all, the product itself is amazing and the attention to detail is outstanding. I don't believe you could get a better quality sterling silver dog tag any were else.
Secondly, the customer service I received from 10sterling was the best I have EVER experienced. I had contact via email with the owner himself who helped me through every stage of this purchase to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. My emails were responded to most promptly even though I had bombarded Clive with them all day, lol.
Thirdly, the turn around from the point I ordered to receiving them was just amazing. I made the order by 2pm and the tags were with me the very next day AM.
10Sterling are very passionate about what they do and I can honestly say that this purchase was a great experience. I would highly recommend to anyone.
