Delivery

Delivery within the United Kingdom

Deliveries within the UK will either be by Royal Mail using either 1st class post, Special Delivery, or Signed For depending on the value of the item. Our delivery charges reflect this and you can see it before finalising the purchase. For UK orders more than £90.00 there is no need to select a Tracked Service as this is included in the price.
 
If items get lost in the post then 10STERLING will make good the loss. Special Delivery and Signed For services require a signature at the delivery address. If no one is present then Royal Mail will leave a card detailing how the package can either be re-delivered or collected from the local Post Office.

The time from placing an order to delivery will vary. The estimated delivery time is given on each product page. No deliveries will be made on Saturdays (unless Saturday Tracked service is selected), Sundays or public holidays. The delivery time mentioned on each product is achieved in almost all cases, i.e. 3 working days means an order placed on a Monday will generally be delivered on the Thursday of the same week. Next-day delivery is available for an additional payment, please see Care & Service. If an item is needed urgently then please CONTACT us: purchasing the Tracked Delivery option doesn't always mean the item can be made and despatched that very day.

10STERLING can't be responsible for an order not arriving on a particular day so we ask you please to order in good time if you need to have an item for a particular day.

Delivery outside the United Kingdom

Deliveries outside the UK will be handled by Royal Mail International Tracked or an equivalent service. These are visible during checkout and before you have to finalise the purchase. Delivery costs for country zones are different according the following regions:

Delivery will normally take about 5 working days to European destinations, excluding public holidays either in the UK or in the country of destination. The exact time between posting and delivery cannot be guaranteed by Royal Mail or its carriers. 10STERLING cannot be held responsible for an order not arriving on a particular day so we please ask you to order in good time if you need a purchase for a particular day.

Rest of World Zone Countries

Countries in this zone are all countries not in the Europe Zone. Delivery will normally take up to around 10 working days to Rest of World Zone countries excluding public holidays either in the UK or in the country of destination. The exact time between posting and delivery cannot be guaranteed by Royal Mail or its carriers. 10STERLING cannot be held responsible for an order not arriving on a particular day so we ask you please to order ahead in good time if you need to have a purchase for a particular day.

For orders outside the European Zone delays may be incurred if items are checked through your country’s customs authority. You will be liable for any local customs duty, import taxes or costs due on your purchase. The decision as to whether or not your delivery goes through customs and you are charged is completely beyond the control of 10STERLING and is entirely at the discretion of your own government’s customs authority.

10STERLING will not be liable for any financial costs or time delays as a result of your delivery being examined by customs.
